    The pollen trap is an indispensable tool for the production of bee pollen. Whether the production of the pollen trap is scientific and reasonable plays a decisive role in the pollination effect. When producing bee pollen, worker bees must enter the nest through the pollination hole. At this time, worker bees have consumed considerable labor. Therefore, sophisticated pollinators should be used to improve the efficiency of pollination.

   The de pulverizers used for bee pollen production include single row or double row de pulverizers wound by fine lead wire or brocade wire on the wooden strip, 8-shaped de pulverizers, plastic de pulverizers and plastic de pulverizers, etc., but the excellent de pulverizers should have appropriate aperture, bottom plate, top plate, de bee iron yarn cylinder, sub pieces, etc.

1. The pore diameter of the pore diameter de pulverizer should be 0.46cm. 

If the pore diameter is too large, the pollen mass is easy to be carried into the nest and cannot fall off; Too small, worker bees get trapped in the nest, resulting in blocking the nest. A 0.46cm drill bit can be used as the mold to make the round hole of the powder remover.

2. Bottom plate and top plate

• The bottom plate is the auxiliary plate, also known as the foot plate. This design is very important, because it can be seen from the observation of the worker bees entering the nest: after the powder remover is installed, the worker bees enter the nest, first of all, the forefoot and midfoot enter the powder removal hole; 
• At the same time, the forefoot and midfoot must find a foothold. For the powder remover without auxiliary plate (such as 8-shaped powder remover and plastic powder remover), the worker bee has no foothold after its forefoot and midfoot enter the powder remover hole (upper row), and the powder remover hole blocks the abdomen of the worker bee. The worker bee struggles desperately. It is manifested by turning its head and chest up and down, or bending its body, and its forefoot and midfoot grasp the powder hole, Finally, the worker bees jump into the nest or enter the depilation hole one by one with their hind feet. 
• As a result, not only can they not take off the pollen, but also the worker bees are quite tired: therefore, the depilation effect is very poor when using an 8-shaped depilator and a plastic depilator.
• The top plate is the wood plate at the upper part of the powder removal hole, which is about 0.6cm away from the bottom plate, that is, the powder removal hole is between the bottom plate and the top plate. 
• The function of the top plate is to restrict the worker bee's head and brain from turning up and down after entering the powder removing hole. Instead, the worker bee can only grasp the bottom plate with its front and middle feet, and the two rear feet can move together. 
• Causing the pollen mass carried by the hind foot to collide with the pollen hole and fall off. Therefore, the design of the top plate can improve the powder removal effect.

In addition, since the floor is the foothold of the worker bee's front and middle feet, its role is to facilitate the worker bee's front and middle feet to grasp. Therefore, the length of the bottom plate should not be too small, but should be 1cm; And the surface should be roughened to produce strength, which is conducive to the simultaneous advancement of two hind feet Reduce the worker bee's fatigue. At the same time, if the bottom plate of the powder remover is a triangular plate with low front and high rear, and the dropped pollen can easily flow into the powder collecting box from the inclined surface, the powder remover made of this design is also ideal.

3. De bee iron bobbin and side piece

• The de bee iron gauze barrel is made of window iron gauze, with a length of about 6cm, a height and width of about 2cm between the rear end of the barrel and the powder remover, and a smaller front end. This design enables worker bees and drones to exit from the bobbin smoothly, but cannot return from the original route. When installing the powder remover, the de beeping iron bobbin is installed next to the powder remover. There is a de beeping iron bobbin on one side and close to the inner side wall of the box, which can reduce the fatigue of worker bees and prevent drones from nesting and killing drones outside the powder remover.
• The secondary sheet is a thin iron sheet that can be bent arbitrarily and is installed on the side of the powder remover and is the same height as the powder remover. Its function is to adjust the length of the powder remover to facilitate installation, so that worker bees can only enter the nest through the powder remover hole. It is convenient for nest boxes with different widths. Our company's self-made scientific and reasonable excellent pollinator produces bee pollen in the flowering period of Brassica juncea in Northwest China. The daily order of high boxes is more than 0.5kg, and individual groups are more than 1kg.

    Generally speaking, in the season of abundant honey sources, the benefits of honey production are often more than that of bee pollen production. Therefore, in the period of large honey flow, it is necessary to first ensure that bees collect honey. During the honey flow period, 10 a.m. and 14 p.m. are the peak time for bees to collect honey. At this time, it is not appropriate to install a powder remover to avoid affecting honey production.

    The length of time that the pollinator is placed in front of the door of the hive can be determined by the pollen storage in the hive and the daily pollen collected by the hive. If the number of pollen collected by the bee colony is large and the pollen storage in the nest is sufficient, the time for the pollen remover to be placed can be relatively long. The strength of de powdering shall not affect the normal development of bee colony. Generally, the de powdering time is 1 ~ 3H every day.
